FLUX 500, the largest student business challenge competition in the UK, is now run by Lancaster University

How it works

Student teams from sixteen universities across the country compete to solve a Business Challenge, set by one of the competition’s corporate sponsors, using Xing, a business tool developed by working Knowledge.

The teams are supported during the competition by business advisers who help them develop, plan and present their strategy.

A panel of business experts will judge and select the winning team.

Flux 500 attracts considerable interest from top graduate recruiters who use the event as a vital talent spotting opportunity. Visit the Lancaster University website to find out about the different sponsorship options available.

As a national competition Flux 500 attracts student teams from universities throughout the UK. More information for universities wishing to compete can be found here.
