Immerse trains college staff to develop curriculum-relevant professional networks of local employers eager to provide benefits to their learners and how to maintain these networks with minimal investment in time and money.
The programme runs over 3 days separated by at least a week and during the training we provide remote support to ensure that the skills and habits formed are embedded.
To aid training we will engage local employers relevant to the curriculum areas of the delegates on a 1:1 basis. This will not only cement the lessons learned and help staff grow their network but it will also be the first step towards employer and educator working together to co-design and co-deliver the curriculum.
