How we work

We turn business away.

A poor fit costs the client their investment and costs us our results, which our regulator judges us on. So we cap groups at two people per business, we ask who's covering the work before anyone starts, and we tell people when the person they've chosen is the wrong one.

We teach through practitioners.

Everyone who trains for us works in the field they teach, with their own clients. That means they're bang up to date and practically minded, and in turn it means your problems get solved.

We help you apply it straight away.

No case studies about other companies. Your learning solves your real problems, which is what Ofsted picked out when they inspected us.
