Course structure

The programme is delivered over 15 months, including the assessment. Three core frameworks give you the thinking tools to make confident marketing decisions and then develop and implement your digital marketing plan. All assignments are focused on your organisation (no case studies) so you will be applying what you learn from day one – supported by expert Q&A webinars, 1:1 mentoring and your peer learning group.

Peter coaches and mentors apprentices, giving them monthly 1:1 support sessions to to help them embed their learning in the workplace and add value. He is a qualified Watertight Marketing Master Practitioner and draws over 20 years of marketing and business experience, working on both client and agency side, across a wide variety sectors.

Glenda is a certified Watertight Marketing practitioner with a natural gift for teaching. She delivers our monthly Masterclasses and also the Managing Director of Fabulous Networking.
Rachael Wheatley
Rachael WheatleyCourse Development Lead and Trainer
As well as teaching the monthly masterclasses, Rachael designs and refines the course syllabus to ensure that it meets the requirements of a digital marketing apprenticeship qualification whilst delivering the essential elements of the Watertight Marketing methodology. She has been a practicing marketer for 30 years and currently works as an outsourced marketing director, consultant and trainer.
