Many have a picture of an apprentice as a school leaver, but it doesn’t have to be. It could be anybody. Any age. Any level of experience.
50% of our apprentices were already working with their employer. Our youngest is 18 years old and the oldest is 60.
To access the funding, all the government asks is that the apprentice is not previously trained in marketing above A-level standard. Therefore, it could be someone on the shop floor who wants to change careers; or someone in administration that you want to hang on to by investing in their skills.
If you don’t have someone already on the team who fits the bill, you might consider recruiting and we can help with that.
