Our digital marketing training is tailored to your specific business needs and we’ll have monthly check-ins with you to ensure we are all on-track and working in the same direction. To that end, we hope that any issues are caught early and resolved, but we do offer a safety net if you do change your mind…
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, your apprentice needs a break from learning, you can press pause on their apprenticeship. This has recently been the case for some of our clients who had to temporarily change their focus due to the impacts of Covid-19. Thankfully, it’s not difficult to catch up. When your apprentice is ready to come back, they simply join another group and pick up where they left off. Their tutor will be on hand to help them integrate back into the learning environment.
Being a social enterprise, nurturing talent and opening opportunities for young people is at the heart of what we do. To that extent, we promise to look after all our apprentices and will always listen to feedback. Continual improvement is firmly embedded in our culture.
