How does it work?  A 3-step plan:

  • Book a meeting to make sure our Academy aligns with your marketing needs.

  • Meet with your Working Knowledge marketing coach to define the KPIs for your marketing exec using our success framework.

  • Attend monthly meetings with your Marketing coach over the first 12 months to monitor KPIs, help remove any blockers and celebrate successes. You can contact your Marketing Coach anytime outside of these monthly meetings.

Employing a Marketing Exec without the support of the Academy leaves you as manager alone to onboard, train and appraise them.

With the Academy your Marketing Exec has the support of Trainers, their direct peer group of 8, the wider peer group of 100+, marketing expert guests, wellbeing support and their Marketing Coach.
