James founded Working Knowledge in 2004 to bridge the gap between education and the workplace. James believes too much talent, young and old, is being wasted in dead end jobs and zero hours contracts or indeed an education that is not properly preparing people for a career. This isn’t good for the individual, nor is it good for businesses and the UK economy.
James passionately believes that businesses limit their growth potential unless they engage with the energy, innovation, and talent within their workforce. And to do this, employees must be given the training opportunities to shine.
